This course provides an overview of court procedure on the Fast Track and the Intermediate Track in County Court civil claims under CPR Part 7. The course covers non-injury claims issued on or after 1 October 2023 and injury cases where the cause of action arose on or after 1 October 2023.
It covers the steps in a case from issue to preparation for trial and looks at when you should start preparing for each step.
